ANDERCO, rebranded in 2009 was previously known as LBG-NGT Corporation incorporated in 2003, after a successful merger of LBG Container (S) Pte Ltd and NGT Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd.

When did ANDERCO begin ?
Started in 1991, LBG Container Services a sole proprietorship was registered and established in Singapore by our Managing Director - Mr Lim Bong Guan (P.B.M) as a container repair contractor. Within a year in operation, LBG Container Services added trading and leasing of containers into the business and thereafter container conversion with it very own fabrication team.
In 1994, LBG Container Services was incorporated as LBG Container (S) Pte Ltd. During the same year it introduced container quarters, office system in HDB Housing Projects and followed by pre-fabricated housing facilities in 1995.
How has ANDERCO grown ?
After a successful merger of LBG Container (S) Pte Ltd and NGT Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd in 2003 and rebranding in 2009, Anderco Pte Ltd has constantly break new grounds and provide better turnkey solutions of pre-fabricated housing facilities and well designed customize containers for our valuable clients. Thus leaving its presence and footprints in different industries of SMEs and MNCs both locally and regionally.

Where is ANDERCO now ?
Today, Anderco Pte Ltd is one of Singapore’s largest pre-fabricated housing facility builder and container customization fabricator in Singapore, equipped with 10670sqm multi-storey fabricating facility, 4516sqm of office and inhouse dormitory for 253 strong workforce located at No 3 Tuas View Circuit, LBG Building.
